Notes from the Winemaker

With an alluring pink hue and aromas of peach brulee, our Wintertide wine is an imaginative twist on ice wine. Created by freezing and concentrating the juice after pressing, this wine has developed rich scents of figs, dates, raspberries and peaches. Notes of red apple, black cherry, pomegranate and apricot wash over the palate with a slight chocolate sweetness unmasked in the finish. Wintertide’s viscous mouthfeel and enticing sweetness is perfect for an after dinner treat or as an accompaniment on a cold winter night.

Production Notes

This wine was cold fermented for many months and bottled with substantial residual sweetness.
